This fort is situated in lush green Neral area near Matheran. There are multiple routes leading to Peb Fort/ Vikatgad. However, the route from Neral is most preferred one.

The trek starts from Neral village Anandwadi (where you can reach by Rickshaw from neral station). Trek takes about 3 hr to reach on top of the fort (2100 ft), top of the fort is very narrow & a recent built temple with lord Dutta Paduka idol at the centre.

This is moderate enjoyable trek in monsoon with the slightly difficult path involving a small rocky patch climbing, ladder climbing, rock climbing, Caves this full trek takes you through Dense forest, waterfall and mountain ridge walking surrounded by lush green grass and Banana family’s trees.

Note-
        1.      Make sure wear proper shoe as every were slippery because of rain and 2-3 place you have to climb between to huge rock with very little support
        2.      Make sure that you carry a water bottle , an extra pair of clothes and readymade Food
        3.      Trek requires a lot of stamina to climb 3 hr so make sure don’t forgot to bring energy drink
